This was by far the best meal that we had during our stay on South Beach. The food was beautiful and delicious. And our service was absolutely top notch. We had the mushroom vol-au-vent appetizer and we wanted to lick the plate it was so good. Our entrees were perfect and the chocholate souffle dessert was yummy. They have such a diverse menu that there is something wonderful for everyone. Make your way past all the other restaurants on Espanola Way and find your way to Flame. Worth a few more steps.
